Job Summary - We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities on-site. You will ensure that all building phases run smoothly, stick to approved blueprints, and meet safety and quality rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Construction: Manage day-to-day execution of civil works on-site.
- Read Blueprints: Follow structural drawings, design specs, and layouts accurately.
- Quality & Safety: Check material quality and enforce safety guidelines on site.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with contractors, laborers, and project managers.
- Progress Reports: Maintain daily logs of work progress, measurements,
and material
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: [1 to 3] years of hands-on site execution experience (freshers may apply if specified).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and surveying/leveling.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination.
