Role OverviewWe are looking for a Site Engineer (Civil) who is eager to begin their career in practical construction and site execution. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and the project team to understand and assist in the execution of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and construction activities.
- Read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor work as per approved drawings, specifications and measurements.
- Assist in checking RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring and other civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, masons, workers and vendors at site.
- Check basic quality of materials and workmanship.
- Take site measurements and maintain daily site records.
- Assist in quantity estimation and material requirement calculations.
- Report site progress, issues and deviations to senior engineers.
- Ensure basic safety and housekeeping practices at the site.




- Learn and follow VINGINEER's standards for construction quality and execution.

What We Are Looking For
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and civil engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to read basic architectural/structural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and learn through practical exposure.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to take ownership of assigned work.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

What You Will LearnAt VINGINEER, this role is intended to provide a robust foundation in practical civil engineering, including: Drawing → Quantity → Material → Execution → Quality → Site Coordination

You will get exposure to real projects and learn how engineering drawings are translated into actual construction.
