Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior civil works such as partitioning, flooring, false ceiling, plastering, painting, tiling, and finishing works

- Interpret and execute work as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications

- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors

- Ensure quality control and timely completion of site activities

- Monitor material usage, site inventory, and wastage control

- Prepare and submit daily progress reports (DPRs) and site documentation

- Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline

- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

- Assist in measurements, billing, and certification of contractor bills

- Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes during interior execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,409.59 - ₹40,589.40 per month
