We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate construction activities for residential villa projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at villa project sites.

- Execute civil and structural works according to approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.

- Supervise activities including excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and other finishing works.

- Check workmanship and ensure required quality standards are maintained.

- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.





- Check quantities, measurements, and material usage at the site.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper execution of assigned works.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely solutions.

- Conduct regular inspections and ensure defects and snags are rectified.

- Ensure proper site safety procedures are followed.

- Assist with project measurements, BOQ verification, billing, and material estimation.

- Coordinate inspections and support the final snagging and handover process.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential/villa construction.

- Solid knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.

- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
