Role & responsibilities

- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire safety systems/products at project sites.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Read and understand technical drawings, layouts, BOQs, and project specifications.

- Monitor site work, manpower, materials, quality, and project timelines.

- Conduct site inspections and resolve installation-related issues.

- Prepare site reports, checklists, and project documentation.

- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

- Travel to customer/project sites as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Fire & Safety, or related field.

- 14 years of experience in site execution, fire & safety, MEP, installation, or commissioning.

- Knowledge of fire alarm, fire fighting, fire protection systems, or related products preferred.

- Good knowledge of drawings, BOQs, and basic site documentation.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to project/customer sites.
