Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.

- Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure proper execution of work.

- Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, contractors, and other site staff.

- Check the quality of materials and workmanship and report any issues immediately.

- Ensure proper measurements and maintain daily site records and work progress reports.

- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for timely availability.

- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company procedures.

- Identify site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper organization at the work site.

- Monitor project progress and submit daily updates to management.





- Perform other site-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site procedures.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation.

- Knowledge of safety and quality requirements.

Experience

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction/site supervision.

- Experience in supervising workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.

- Experience in monitoring work progress, materials, quality, and safety.

- Freshers with relevant qualifications may be considered based on company requirements.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
