Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role located in Coimbatore.

The Site Civil

Engineer will oversee civil works at project sites, ensuring designs are implemented accurately, safely, and in line with local regulations and standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with architects and contractors, supervising construction activities, monitoring quality of materials and workmanship, and resolving technical issues that arise on site. The role involves checking drawings and specifications, verifying levels and alignments, supporting planning and scheduling of site activities, and preparing basic reports and documentation on progress and compliance.

Engineer will contribute to integrating civil engineering solutions with architectural and interior design requirements to deliver well-executed projects.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering fundamentals: Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Civil Engineering and be able to apply core engineering principles to site activities.
- Design and technical skills: Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering Design and be able to interpret and work from architectural and structural drawings.
- Site planning and coordination: Candidates should possess experience in Planning, including scheduling site activities, coordinating resources, and supporting project timelines.
- Infrastructure and drainage: Candidates should possess familiarity with Stormwater Management and related site infrastructure considerations as applicable to building projects.
- Professional and educational background: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field; prior experience as a Civil Engineer on building or interior-related projects is an advantage.
- Additional capabilities: Strong attention to detail, understanding of local building codes and safety practices, ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and readiness to work full time in office at Coimbatore project locations.
