Hiring: Site/Civil Engineer – Waterproofing

Location: Rohini, Delhi

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Site/Civil Engineer with a strong background in waterproofing works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising waterproofing projects, coordinating with site teams, ensuring quality execution, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage waterproofing and civil work at project sites.
- Conduct site inspections and identify water leakage, seepage, dampness, and related issues.
- Plan and monitor waterproofing activities as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with labour, contractors, vendors, and clients at the site.
- Ensure proper application and execution of waterproofing materials and systems.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Prepare site reports, work progress reports, material requirements, and other documentation.
- Estimate material requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for timely availability.




- Identify site-related technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure work is completed within the defined quality, cost, and timeline parameters.
- Follow all required safety practices and site procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in waterproofing is mandatory.
- Experience in site supervision and civil construction/waterproofing projects.
- Good knowledge of waterproofing techniques, materials, and application methods.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and technical specifications.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with hands-on experience in building waterproofing, terrace waterproofing, basement waterproofing, bathroom/toilet waterproofing, leakage treatment, and repair works will be preferred.
- Candidates who can independently handle site activities and coordinate with workers/contractors will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
