# About the Role

We are looking for a Showroom Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting premium decorative lighting solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong interest in sales and interior/decorative lighting.

# Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and understand customer requirements professionally.
- Explain and demonstrate lighting products, features, designs and applications.
- Recommend suitable lighting solutions based on the customer's space, style and budget.
- Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding pricing and availability.
- Follow up with customers who have not yet confirmed their purchase.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
- Upsell and cross-sell suitable lighting products and accessories.
- Maintain proper product displays and showroom presentation.




- Coordinate with the warehouse, billing and delivery teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Handle customer questions and coordinate with the team to resolve issues.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, interior designers, architects and contractors.

# Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
- Confident presentation and product demonstration ability.
- Positive negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp/Excel.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Interest in lighting, interiors, home décor or architectural products is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in lighting, electricals, interiors, furniture, home décor, building materials, luxury retail or showroom sales will be preferred.
