Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on ERP & E-Commerce Implementation Consultant with robust experience in OrderWise ERP and e-commerce systems to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of ERP and online commerce operations.

The role will focus on OrderWise ERP as the core back-office system , working across inventory, order management, warehouse operations, purchasing, fulfillment, product data, and e-commerce workflows. Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms will be highly valuable.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across business processes, ERP configuration, e-commerce operations, data mapping, integrations, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination .

Key ResponsibilitiesOrderWise ERP

- Configure, support, and optimize OrderWise ERP based on business and operational requirements.
- Work with OrderWise modules including:
- Stock Control
- Warehouse Management
- Sales Order Processing
- Purchasing
- Define and document ERP workflows covering inventory, orders, purchasing, fulfillment, and returns.
- Manage product, SKU, stock, customer, supplier, and order-related data within the ERP.
- Troubleshoot OrderWise system issues, data inconsistencies, and workflow problems.
- Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Work with stakeholders to identify process gaps and recommend system/process improvements.

E-Commerce & ERP Integration
- Design and support integration workflows between OrderWise and e-commerce platforms .
- Experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus will be an advantage.
- Map products, SKUs, inventory, orders, customers, shipping, and fulfillment data between systems.
- Ensure accurate synchronization of inventory levels and order information.
- Support automated order routing and fulfillment updates.
- Troubleshoot synchronization failures,



data mismatches, duplicate records, and integration issues.
- Work with technical teams on API-based integrations and third-party connectors.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Configure and support inventory and warehouse processes within OrderWise.
- Manage multi-location inventory and stock movements.
- Support processes related to stock availability, reservations, adjustments, transfers, and fulfillment.
- Ensure inventory accuracy between ERP and connected e-commerce channels.
- Help identify and resolve overselling, stock discrepancies, and fulfillment issues.

Product & Catalog Data
- Manage and map product master data, SKUs, attributes, pricing, inventory, and product relationships.
- Support complex product/catalog structures, including variants, bundles, and related products.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation across ERP and e-commerce systems.
- Support migration of product, customer, order, and inventory data from legacy systems.

Integration & Technical Troubleshooting
- Work with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations where required.
- Collaborate with developers and integration teams to troubleshoot API and middleware issues.
- Analyze integration logs and identify the root cause of failed transactions.
- Support integration testing and end-to-end transaction validation.
- Document integration workflows, mappings, dependencies, and troubleshooting procedures.

Stakeholder Management




- Work closely with business users, operations, warehouse, e-commerce, finance, and technical teams.
- Gather requirements and translate business processes into ERP/system workflows.
- Conduct demonstrations, user training, UAT, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, SOPs, and system documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, integration, e-commerce systems, or business applications.
- Hands-on experience with OrderWise ERP is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes related to:
- Inventory Management
- Sales Orders
- Purchasing
- Warehouse Management
- Order Fulfillment
- Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, support, or integration.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce order and fulfillment lifecycles.
- Experience working with product/SKU and inventory data.
- Experience with data mapping, data validation, and system reconciliation.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
