About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Shopify E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of our international e-commerce operations. This is a managerial position for someone who already has hands-on experience managing Shopify stores and understands how to operate e-commerce businesses across multiple international markets.

The ideal candidate should be commercially minded, organized, proactive, and capable of managing both day-to-day operations and broader e-commerce growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee multiple Shopify e-commerce stores across international markets.
- Take ownership of product management, pricing, merchandising, promotions, and store operations.
- Monitor sales, conversion rates, AOV, revenue, and other key KPIs.
- Coordinate with customer support, supply chain, marketing, and operations teams.
- Manage product listings, collections, inventory, pricing, and website content.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Analyze store performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure stores are optimized for user experience and conversion.
- Manage priorities across multiple international stores and markets.
- Develop and improve SOPs and processes for e-commerce operations.




- Lead and coordinate team members involved in e-commerce operations.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Shopify e-commerce stores.
- Experience working with international e-commerce stores and multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce operations.
- Previous managerial or team-lead experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze data and make practical business decisions.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stores, teams, and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ownership mentality and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who can take ownership rather than simply execute tasks. You should be comfortable managing people and processes, making decisions, identifying problems, and finding solutions independently.

Prior hands-on experience with international Shopify e-commerce is essential. Candidates without relevant e-commerce experience will not be considered for this managerial position.

Work Arrangement The position is available as Remote or On-Site, depending on the candidate and business requirements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
