Job Role: Shopify Developer

Experience Level: 3+ years

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Shopify Developer who takes ownership of projects and delivers scalable, high-performance eCommerce solutions. This role is not limited to development; you will be expected to think like a problem solver, optimise user journeys, and build robust Shopify experiences that directly impact business outcomes.

Required Skill Set:

● Solid expertise in Shopify theme development using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JavaScript

● Understanding of Shopify Apps for ecommerce required setups.

● Proven experience in converting Figma/UI designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance Shopify stores

●Deep understanding of Shopify architecture, limitations, and best practices

● Hands-on experience with Shopify APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations

● Strong understanding of performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, asset optimization)

● Experience in integrating and debugging payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.)





● Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills (must be able to handle real-world issues independently)

● Experience in building responsive, cross-browser compatible websites

● Understanding of SEO fundamentals for eCommerce

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Convert UI/UX designs into fully functional Shopify stores with high attention to detail

● Take complete ownership of development tasks from implementation to deployment

● Optimise store performance, loading speed, and user experience

● Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and custom functionalities

● Troubleshoot complex issues across checkout, payments, and app integrations

● Work on existing stores and improve scalability, structure, and performance

● Collaborate closely with designers and marketing teams to improve conversion rates

● Perform thorough QA across devices, browsers, and scenarios before delivery

What We Expect:

● Ability to work independently without constant supervision

● Strong accountability and ownership mindset

● Real experience handling live Shopify stores (not just static builds)

● Ability to debug issues quickly and provide practical solutions

● Understanding of business impact (conversion, speed, UX, not just code)

Good to Have:

● Experience with WordPress (Elementor, WooCommerce, custom themes)

● Knowledge of React / Next.js (for headless commerce or modern frontend setups)

● Experience with Shopify Plus or headless commerce architecture

● Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

Pay: ₹14,394.04 - ₹60,441.06 per month
