We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HS&E; (Health, Safety, and Workplace) professional to oversee the Shift Safety Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing safety procedures large-scale manufacturing or construction projects. This role requires exceptional observation and analytical skill, a deep understanding of HS&E; regulations and best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical /Functional
- Implement safety procedures at site.
- Collaborating with cross-functional team to promote safety initiatives and ensure implementation of safety practices into daily operation.
- Conduct appropriate analysis of the unsafe acts & Conditions and near-miss reported.
- Ensuring the highest safety compliance standards and healthy workplace.
- To coordinate with the contractor safety team in planning safety inspections and safety audits.
- To ensure site safety talk are conducted effectively at site.
- Conducting safety training for the employees.
- Knowledge about ISO 45001 and worked in implementation of ISO 45001 certification.
IT Skills
- Hands on experience in SAP systems.
- Computer Proficiency (MS Excel, Power point, Word).
- Good presentation skills.
Role Specific Qualification / Certification Requirement: Bachelors degree in engineering (Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical ), Post diploma in industrial safety (PDIS) as recognized in state of Gujarat/ CLI/ RLI, Additional certification for internal/ External auditor in ISO 45001, Experience 4-5 years in large scale manufacturing / renewable energy/ chemical.
