We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Power Apps / SharePoint Developer for an immediate contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint development, with the ability to hit the ground running and contribute to multiple ongoing initiatives.

The organization has several SharePoint initiatives underway, with additional Power Apps development work identified and ready to begin. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and supporting business applications and SharePoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Integrate Power Apps and SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and enterprise systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams,



and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Power Apps, SharePoint applications, and workflows.
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint best practices, including security, permissions, and governance.
- Support multiple SharePoint initiatives and execute identified Power Apps development work with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, particularly Canvas Apps and business application development.
- Solid experience with SharePoint Online, including site configuration, lists, libraries, permissions, and customization.
- Experience building and maintaining workflows using Power Automate.
- Proficiency in Power Fx, SharePoint integration, and data connections.
- Experience integrating Power Apps and SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services.
- Ability to independently take ownership of development tasks and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
