Supporting Actions Implementation of Systematic Mine Plan

- Implementation of mining Plan across mining vertical and ensure extraction of Bauxite/Coal as per prepared mine plan to achieve the P&B; target.
- To monitor the operation in Bauxite & coal Mine as per approved Mining Plan.

Reconciliation

- Compiling actual data of operation which included production, quality, key operational KPIs, etc. and comparing it with planned data.
- Figuring out areas and reasons for deviations.
- Preparing and implementing mitigation plan to minimize future deviations.
- Ensuring all the mines are performing survey on fortnightly/monthly basis, updating mines topography and mining model with the latest survey.
- Ensure the mining model is being updated with operational data to minimize short term deviations.





Technical Project- Management, Monitoring and Reporting

- Ideation of technical & digitalization projects which will optimize cost & enhance safety & productivity of mining operation.
- Creation of Budget, schedule & action plan for implementation of projects.
- To review & approve contractor & sub-contractor with commercial team.
- Coordination with unit operation team in project implementation.
- To track all the ongoing projects & share briefing with technical team regularly.
- To facilitate training at the mines site for the implementation of projects.
- Preparing MIS and technical report on regular basis and present it on corporate level.
