Role & responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and execute projects as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Manage day-to-day site/project activities and ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal departments.
Monitor project progress, timelines, manpower and material requirements.
Supervise installation and execution activities at project sites.
Review drawings and coordinate with the Design/Engineering team for technical requirements.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards and specifications.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
Prepare project progress reports, site reports and other required documentation.
Coordinate material dispatch, receipt and installation at project sites.
Monitor subcontractors and site manpower for productivity and work quality.
Ensure compliance with safety,
quality and project requirements.
Support project billing, measurements and completion documentation.
Travel to project sites across India as required.
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of project execution and site management.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Ability to read and understand engineering/architectural drawings.
Knowledge of installation, fabrication and interior fit-out activities.
Positive understanding of project planning, scheduling and material management.
Ability to handle multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
