Key Responsibilities:
Develop store design concepts and layouts in line with D'decor brand guidelines and store formats.
Prepare 2D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, ceiling plans, and working drawings for execution.
Create 3D designs and renders to present store concepts to management and franchise partners for approval.
Revise and adapt designs based on site measurements, mall guidelines, and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design preferred. Civil Engineering graduates with solid design and drawing skills will also be considered.
Technical Skills:
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailed drawings.
Hands-on experience with 3D tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Revit.
Ability to convert design concepts into explicit, execution-ready drawings
