Product Inspection: Verify that picked products match order descriptions, SKUs, and quantities; inspect items for physical damage or defects prior to packaging.
Packing & Securing: Choose appropriate packaging materials (cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, thermal inserts) to protect goods during transit according to company packing standards.
Labeling & Documentation: Print and affix shipping labels, shipping marks, barcodes, and invoices accurately on parcels.
Inventory & Stock Assistance: Assist with stock counting, replenishment of picking locations,
and reporting stock shortages or discrepancies to warehouse supervisors.
Equipment Handling: Operate hand pallet trucks, flatbed trolleys, rolling carts, or order-picking machinery safely.
Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain clean, organized workstations and travel aisles; adhere strictly to warehouse safety protocols (PPE, protected lifting techniques, spill handling).
