Pick customer orders accurately from the assigned locations/bins. Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and quality of products while picking. Complete picking within the defined TAT/productivity targets. Check products for damage, expiry, and quality issues.
Follow proper scanning and order-packing processes. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of inventory. Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and bin/rack audits. Follow all store SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with ASM/Store Manager for operational issues.
