We are looking for a Sales Executive who is confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in Tamil and English with prospective customers over the phone.
The primary responsibility of this role is to contact leads on a daily basis, understand their requirements, follow up consistently, and convert qualified leads into customers.
Daily Activities The candidate will be expected to:
Call assigned leads every working day.
Make multiple follow-up attempts for active prospects.
Identify hot, warm, and cold leads.
Maintain a structured follow-up schedule.
Update CRM/lead records after every meaningful interaction.
Work toward daily call, conversation, meeting, and conversion targets.
