Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head with a strong background in the Medical Devices industry. The candidate should have proven experience in handling sales operations, business development, distributor management, and achieving revenue targets in the healthcare/medical device sector.
The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills, market knowledge, and the ability to expand business across hospitals, laboratories, healthcare institutions, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead and manage the complete sales team across regions.
Generate new business opportunities in hospitals, diagnostic labs, healthcare institutions, and distributors.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and channel partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans.
Conduct product presentations,
client meetings, and negotiations.
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for smooth execution.
Expand company presence in Pan India markets.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Medical Device Sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of hospital procurement and healthcare sales processes.
Ability to travel across India.
Solid networking and business development skills.
Qualification
MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Biomedical / Healthcare / Management
Candidates with Medical Device Industry experience will be preferred.
