We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive revenue growth, develop dealer/distributor networks, and manage the sales team across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, channel partners, and key customers.
Expand the dealer/distributor network across existing and new markets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new territories.
Set targets for the sales team and monitor achievement against KPIs.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Customer Service for smooth order execution.
Candidate Profile
candidate with 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales.
Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
Proven experience in dealer/distributor network management and channel sales.
Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of market development and territory expansion.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
