Role & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Civil, Project, Safety, Billing, Procurement and Site positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, references and consultants.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate technical/HR interviews, salary negotiation and offer release.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database and MIS.
Follow up with selected candidates through joining and onboarding.
Support urgent and multiple-site manpower requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
25 years recruitment experience, preferably in Construction, EPC, Infrastructure or Engineering.
Experience in technical and site-level recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and WorkIndia.
Robust sourcing, screening, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and locations simultaneously.
Candidates with immediate/short notice availability preferred.
