Lead Quality function for automotive rubber hose manufacturing; drive Quality Strategy, KPIs, risk management, PFD, Control Plan, PFMEA, customer audits, NC closure, internal audits, corrective actions, process improvement and customer requirements.

Required Candidate profile

Manage IATF 16949, ISO 14001/45001 and VDA 6.3 compliance; handle external audits, customer complaints, self-audits, QMS reporting, plant coordination, quality initiatives, ERP and rubber processing.
