RMS & Back Office Executive – Proprietary Trading Desk

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented RMS & Back Office Executive to monitor real-time risk, reconcile trades, track margins, prepare reports and coordinate with traders, brokers and clearing members.

Versatile working hours are required, including morning shifts for NSE/BSE/MCX and evening shifts for MCX, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor positions, exposure, margins, funds, MTM, P&L; and risk limits.
Track delta-neutral and hedged positions, option Greeks and hedge ratios.
Escalate margin shortfalls, excessive exposure and unhedged positions.
Reconcile trades, positions, funds, margins, collateral, brokerage and charges.
Verify trade files, contract notes and settlement details.
Prepare daily RMS, reconciliation and MIS reports.
Coordinate with traders, brokers and clearing members.
Track expiries, contract specifications and exchange updates.
Maintain accurate operational and risk records.

Requirements




1–4 years of experience in RMS, trading operations, derivatives or broking back office preferred.
Knowledge of Futures & Options, delta-neutral strategies, hedging, MTM and margins.
Proficiency in Excel, reconciliations and numerical analysis.
Familiarity with trading terminals and broker RMS systems.
Solid attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure during market hours, expiry days and volatile periods.
Flexibility to work morning or evening shifts, including MCX operations.

Preferred Skills
Experience with proprietary trading desks, brokers or institutional trading setups.
Knowledge of NSE, BSE and MCX trading and settlement processes.
Advanced Excel or basic Python skills.
