Kusumlata International University invites applications from experienced and capable higher-education specialists for the position of Registrar.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the overall administrative functioning of the University.
Act as the principal administrative coordinator between the University leadership, statutory bodies, schools/departments and administrative offices.
Coordinate meetings of statutory and academic bodies and maintain proper records, minutes and documentation.
Ensure implementation of decisions of the competent University authorities.
Assist in development and implementation of University policies, statutes, ordinances, regulations and procedures.
Coordinate with UGC, State Government and other regulatory/statutory authorities as required.
Maintain and oversee official University records, registers, notifications, correspondence and institutional documentation.
Coordinate academic administration, faculty-related administrative matters and student-related institutional processes.




Support the establishment and implementation of systems for admissions, examinations, academic records and student services.
Ensure proper maintenance of University records and documentation for inspections, approvals, audits and accreditation.
Coordinate recruitment and administrative processes for faculty and non-teaching staff in consultation with the competent authorities.
Supervise administrative departments and ensure effective workflow and inter-departmental coordination.
Perform other duties assigned under the applicable University Act, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations.

Desirable
Experience in setting up or establishing a recent University.
Familiarity with UGC regulations, University Acts, Statutes and Ordinances.
Experience in handling statutory/academic bodies and regulatory inspections.
Strong administrative and team-management skills.
Experience with accreditation/quality assurance processes will be an advantage.
