We are looking for Diploma Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our Quality team as Quality Inspectors. The selected candidates will be trained in inspection procedures, engineering drawings, measuring instruments, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect machined components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform in-process and final inspection of components.
Learn and use measuring instruments such as:
Vernier Caliper
Micrometer
Height Gauge
Bore Gauge
Other precision measuring instruments
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and dimensions.
Identify dimensional and visual defects in components.
Record inspection results and maintain quality documents.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams regarding quality issues.
Follow company quality procedures and safety guidelines.
Support the Quality team in maintaining product quality and inspection standards.
Required Skills
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings.
Basic understanding of measurements and dimensions.
Willingness to learn quality inspection processes.
Positive observation and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Eligibility
Freshers with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering can apply.
Candidates with 0–1 year experience in manufacturing/quality inspection are also eligible.
Candidates willing to work in a manufacturing environment are preferred.
