ServiceNow Scrum Master

Location: Hyderabad

Owns the day-to-day flow of delivery for a ServiceNow product squad running Agile ceremonies, protecting the team from noise, and giving the Product Owner and wider stakeholders a transparent, honest view of progress. One generic profile applies across all six squads; the delivery pattern doesnt change by product, only the backlog content does.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives

Own and maintain the squads backlog structure and hygiene in partnership with the Product Owner

Track and report sprint velocity, burn-down/burn-up and flow metrics

Identify, escalate and help remove delivery blockers and dependencies

Coordinate cross-squad dependencies with other ServiceNow Scrum Masters and Product Owners

Coach the squad on Agile/Scrum practice and continuous improvement

Maintain visibility of risks, issues and decisions in the squad’s agreed reporting format

Support onboarding of new squad members — Accenture, GCC or permanent — into the squad’s ways of working
