Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter with prior experience hiring ServiceNow professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment, and the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

This role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, source high-quality ServiceNow talent, and ensure timely closures while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Budget / Compensation

Up to ₹35,000 per month

Compensation will be based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for ServiceNow-related positions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.





Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders.

Follow up on interview feedback, documentation, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ServiceNow talent.

Ensure quality closures within defined timelines.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.

Prior experience recruiting ServiceNow professionals is mandatory.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced workplace.
