ServiceNow ITOM Developer / Tech Lead

Experience: 7+ years

Location: Bangalore only

Work Model: Hybrid | Full time

Immediate / short-notice candidates preferred

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITOM development

Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management & CMDB

CSDM and CMDB Health

Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

REST/SOAP APIs and integrations

MID Server, Discovery Patterns, Probes & Sensors

IRE and third-party integrations

End-to-end ITOM implementation/development

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Technical design, development, testing and deployment

Important: We are specifically looking for developer-focused ITOM profiles. Functional/support-only profiles will not be suitable.
