Note- Apply if available for F2F interview on 19 Sep in Noida We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management
Configure HR workflows, lifecycle events, and integrations
Build and enhance catalog items, record producers, and Flow Designer workflows
Implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Ensure platform performance, security, and best practices adherence
Required Skills
Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
Hands-on with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting & platform development
Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal
Valuable understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts
Exposure to HR lifecycle events and employee workflows
