- SSO – SAML / OAuth / OpenID Connect
- LDAP | JDBC | Enterprise Integrations
- Platform configuration, customization, upgrades & governance
- ServiceNow architecture, HLD / LLD and technical solution design
Candidates with experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, technologies, integrations or solution areas will have an added advantage.
