Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on exposure to leveraging AI tools/SDKs (e.g. Claude, Cursor, Now Assist) to accelerate ServiceNow development, scripting, and workflow automation

- Design, development and Implementation of ServiceNow customization including core platform setup, workflow administration, reporting data imports, custom scripting and third-party integrations.
- Valuable platform knowledge on Business rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, etc.

- Ability to lead/support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow platform, including managing system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations,



and performing quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing.

- Responsible for architecting and driving end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including technical design, effort prioritization, development oversight, and collaboration with clients, vendors, and leadership teams.

- Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to make an impact on consulting project engagements.

- Excellent client facing and communication skills (verbal and written skills).

- Familiarity and experience working in an agile development environment.

- Good understanding of JavaScript and Web Services.
