:

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.

- Develop and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Data Policies.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer solutions.

- Create and customize applications, forms, fields, tables, notifications, reports, and dashboards.

- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Work with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript.

- Implement and maintain ACLs, roles, users, groups, and security configurations.

- Troubleshoot application issues, perform debugging, and provide production support.

- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.





- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain code quality.

- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
