6+ years of ServiceNow experience implementing Integrated Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, or Business Continuity Management solutions

Experience translating business requirements into ServiceNow configurations, scripts, workflows, integrations, and user interface components

Experience configuring Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Flow Designer, Playbooks, and migration of solutions across environments

Experience with ServiceNow technical capabilities including workflow design, application programming interfaces, web services, and integrations





Experience with Configuration Management Database and Common Service Data Model

Certified Application Developer certification

Preferred

Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance

Certified Implementation Specialist – Third-Party Risk Management

Experience with governance, risk, and compliance platforms such as Archer IRM or MetricStream

Experience with Performance Analytics or Application Portfolio Management

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a comparable field
