Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with solid hands-on experience in Service Catalog development, scripting, REST API integrations, workflow/flow development, portal customization, and platform upgrades. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Catalogs, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables, and Order Guides.

- Design, develop, and maintain Workflows and Flow Designer solutions to automate business processes.

- Create and support REST/SOAP API integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.

- Customize and enhance Service Portal components, widgets, pages, and themes to improve user experience.

- Participate in ServiceNow instance upgrades, patching activities, and platform optimization initiatives.

- Develop custom applications and modules using ServiceNow development best practices.

- Troubleshoot platform issues, analyze root causes,



and implement permanent fixes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment activities through ServiceNow update sets and CI/CD pipelines.

- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development.

- Hands-on expertise in Service Catalog Management.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

- Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, and Process Automation.

- Strong knowledge of REST API integrations and web services.

- Experience in Service Portal customization and widget development.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform upgrades, cloning, and instance management.

- Understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
