Required Skills & Experience:

· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

· Strong expertise in:

o ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management)

o CMDB & Asset Management fundamentals o ITOM (Discovery / Service Mapping – working knowledge preferred)

o Service Portal development (widgets, pages, UI customization)

o SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management basics)

o Flow Designer and workflow automation o Custom Application development (Scoped Apps)

· Strong experience with:

o SSO integration (SAML/OAuth, Azure AD preferred)

o MID Server setup and maintenance

· Very robust expertise in integrations:

o REST APIs (Inbound & Outbound)

o JSON/XML handling o Scripted REST APIs o IntegrationHub spokes

· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, Glide APIs, and JavaScript.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
