Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document ServiceNow ITSM & SecOps requirements.

Process Analysis: Assess workflows across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Security Incident Response.

Documentation: Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as liaison between business and technical teams.

Testing Support: Assist in UAT and validate solutions against requirements.

Security Operations: Support Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance modules.

Change Management: Drive adoption of current ServiceNow features across IT and Security teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 3 years on ServiceNow projects.

Strong knowledge of ITSM modules and Security Operations (SecOps).

Experience writing functional documentation and user stories.

Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira/Confluence.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹418,825.23 - ₹1,533,973.73 per year
