- Supporting AMC revenue through follow-ups, renewal tracking, and assisting in AMC conversion for non-group accounts
- Coordinating PCB revenue -related activities, approvals, and ensuring timely payment collection
- Supporting retrofit opportunities through data tracking and coordination with FSEs and Revenue Managers
- Handling CRM updates, reporting, and regular follow-ups with the field team and Revenue Managers
- Assisting in improving overall service revenue performance through backend support
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory, as the candidate will coordinate with Chennai Branch Revenue Managers and Tamil Nadu customers.
