About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Smart Home Demo Expert to showcase and demonstrate our innovative smart home products, including Smart Door Locks, Robotic Vacuum Cleaners, and Window Cleaning Robots . The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, explaining product features, conducting live demonstrations, and helping customers understand the benefits of smart home automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations for Smart Locks, Vacuum Cleaning Robots, and Window Cleaning Robots.
- Educate customers about product features, perks, operation, and maintenance.
- Assist customers with mobile app setup, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity,



and basic troubleshooting.
- Explain installation procedures and usage guidelines.
- Support sales teams in converting product demonstrations into sales opportunities.
- Participate in retail store promotions, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer events.
- Collect customer feedback and escalate product-related concerns when required.
- Maintain demo inventory and ensure products remain in excellent working condition.
- Stay updated on new smart home technologies and market trends.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of smart locks, robotic vacuum cleaners, or home automation products is an added advantage.
