We’re Hiring: Service Operations Head – IFPD & On-Site Service? Location: [Current Delhi]

We are looking for a hands-on service leader who can take complete ownership of our after-sales and on-site service operations for IFPD (Interactive Flat Panel Display) products.

This is not a coordination-only role. We need someone who can build a dependable service system, lead teams, resolve difficult customer issues and deliver measurable improvements in service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of nationwide on-site service operations.
- Lead and develop service engineers, coordinators and service partners.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and improve response and resolution times.
- Take direct ownership of critical customer escalations.
- Improve first-time-fix rate, customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Establish strong systems for ticket tracking, follow-ups and reporting.
- Coordinate spare-parts planning and availability.
- Identify recurring product issues and work with product and technical teams on permanent solutions.
- Build scalable SOPs, performance metrics and accountability across the service function.

Who We Are Looking For

- Ability to make difficult and timely decisions.
- Experience in managing field engineers or on-site service networks.
- Experience in IFPD, display, AV, IT hardware or consumer electronics service will be preferred.
