/n Greetings !! /n /n One of our client TOP MNC looking for Servicenow CMDB & ITOM /n /n Role: Service Now ITOM, CMDB /n Experience: 8+ & 12+ Years /n Location: Bangalore, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad - Hybrid 3 days in a Week WFO /n Immediate Joiners Only /n Excellent Communication Skills /n Note: We only need candidates who can attend the F2F discussion at any of our client locations. /n /n JD: /n /n • Lead the CMDB upliftment programme — owning CI class model design, CI relationship mapping, and the end-to-end population strategy across domains /n • Design and implement manual CSV import process for Digital application CIs — defining import templates, field mapping and Transform Map configuration /n • Configure and validate Service Graph Connectors: — ensuring accurate CI discovery and store hierarchy population /n • Design the store hierarchy and validate API integration for Asset reference data /n • Define CMDB data quality rules — master join key, duplicate CI prevention, device retirement process, firmware/OS currency — and implement enforcement via Transform Map validation /n • Establish CMDB completeness reporting using Platform Analytics and define completeness KPIs /n /n Skills &

Experience Required /n • 6–9 years of ServiceNow experience with at least 3 years focused on ITOM,



CMDB and Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) /n • Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB 360 (multisource) /n • Experience configuring Service Graph Connectors /n • Strong understanding of CMDB CI class model, CI relationships and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) /n • Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAMPRO) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) in ServiceNow /n • Proficient in ServiceNow Transform Maps, Import Sets and data normalisation techniques /n • ServiceNow Flow Designer and scripting (JavaScript / Glide API) for workflow automation /n • Experience leading a team of 2–4 developers and providing technical mentorship /n • Ability to produce clear technical documentation for Confluence /n /n Desirable /n • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist — ITOM or ITSM /n • Experience with integrations of CMDB with 3 rd party systems such as MDM Platforms, End Point Management, Network device management, etc /n • Experience with ITOM AIOps Qualified or Event Management implementation /n • Understanding of HAMPRO integration with Event Management for incident enrichment /n • Knowledge of ITIL v4 — particularly Service Asset & Configuration Management practices
