Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager/Head to lead and manage the service department for UPS, Batteries, Inverters, and Power Backup Systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing field service operations, customer support, AMC business, service engineers, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the complete service department and field service team.

· Ensure timely closure of service calls, breakdowns, and customer complaints.

· Manage AMC, preventive maintenance, and installation activities.





· Monitor service KPIs, response time (TAT), and customer satisfaction.

· Plan engineer deployment and optimize service operations.

· Coordinate with Sales, Stores, and Accounts for seamless execution.

· Manage spare parts inventory and service documentation.

· Handle customer escalations and provide technical support.

· Prepare service MIS reports and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

· Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.

· 8–15 years of experience in UPS, Battery, Inverter, Power Backup, or Electrical Equipment industry.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading a service team.

· Strong knowledge of AMC, preventive maintenance, breakdown service, and customer support.

· Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
