Along with mutual funds, mNivesh offers a broad range of products including stocks, insurance, fixed deposits, bonds, and debentures.

The company currently manages approximately INR 450–475 crore of assets under management, entirely in mutual funds. Clients receive consistent service and support regardless of where they are located.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Manager – Mutual Fund role based in Delhi, India. The service manager will oversee end-to-end client servicing for mutual fund investors, including account onboarding, KYC coordination, transaction processing, and timely resolution of service requests. The role involves monitoring and tracking client portfolios, preparing portfolio reports, and proactively following up on SIPs, renewals, redemptions, and switches.





The Service

Manager will liaise with AMCs, registrars, and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of all mutual fund transactions. The position also includes maintaining detailed client records, supporting relationship managers, and contributing to service process improvements to enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Mutual Funds/Financial Services.

Knowledge of NSE, BSE, Mutual Funds, Stocks, Bonds, and Insurance Products.

Strong client servicing, relationship management, and customer support skills.

Basic understanding of financial advisory and portfolio management.

Valuable communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

NISM/NSE certifications preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, business administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
