- Maintain job cards, billing, and service records
- Ensure proper spare parts and workshop management
- Support team performance and maintain workplace discipline
- Explain repair and maintenance details to customers
- Achieve service targets and workshop productivity
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop
