? Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage PLC & SCADA AMC projects and service contracts

✅ Plan preventive & breakdown maintenance activities

✅ Lead and coordinate service engineers

✅ Provide customer communication and technical support

✅ Drive AMC revenue growth and ensure timely payment collections

✅ Monitor AMC profitability, contract renewals, and collection targets

✅ Plan AMC renewals and project execution

✅ Team scheduling, reporting & documentation

✅ Troubleshoot industrial automation systems

✅ Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction

Skills & Expertise:

✔ PLC Programming (Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi)

✔ SCADA Platforms (AVEVA, WinCC, FactoryTalk, Ignition, iFIX, etc.)

✔ Industrial Networking

✔ VFD & Instrumentation Knowledge

✔ Project Coordination & Team Management

✔ Solid Communication Skills

Qualification

? BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering
