Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Travel to customer locations across India for service, installation, and commissioning, troubleshooting related to, digital controllers, electronic governors, and associated control systems.

2. Diagnose technical issues related to control systems, actuators, and associated electrical/electronic equipment and provide effective solutions.

3. Identify opportunities for service, upgrade, modernization, and project orders through regular customer interactions and during site visits.

4. Meet customers, understand their technical requirements, conduct technical discussions, generate enquiries, and support the marketing team in converting opportunities into orders.

5. Maintain robust relationships with customers and provide timely technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

6. Prepare and submit service reports, commissioning reports, site visit reports, project status updates, and other technical documentation as required.

7. Work collaboratively with the team and share technical knowledge, field experience,



troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.

8. Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures, company policies, and customer site requirements while carrying out field and project activities.

9. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager or senior management from time to time.

Required Skills:-

1. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites.

2. Ability to understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and system documentation.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word PowerPoint, service and commissioning activities.

5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
