Underground Magnetics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Service Engineer to join our team in Solapur. We are a fast-growing foreign subsidiary that manufactures next-generation electronic guidance equipment for horizontal directional drilling (HDD). This is a non-managerial role within our production, manufacturing, and maintenance functional area.

Role & responsibilities As a Service Engineer focusing on pipe and cable locators, your core duties will include:

- Providing on-field service support directly to our customers.
- Troubleshooting technical issues with the electronic guidance equipment.
- Marketing Underground Magnetics products within the assigned region.
- Conducting data analysis to improve service efficiency.
- Liaising closely with customers to maintain solid relationships.
- Travelling extensively across the region to meet business and service needs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education:



Bachelor in Engineering (preferably in Electrical or Electronics).
- Work experience: Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years of experience in the respective industry
- Language skills: High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Computer skills: Competent in using MS Office applications.
- Interpersonal skills: Strong communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset
