- Complete all assigned breakdown calls and customer complaints on time.
- Attend PM, minor calls, installations, and commissioning as assigned.
- Handle major/repeat breakdowns and escalations with required technical support.
- Identify the root cause of failures and reduce customer complaints and spare consumption.
- Provide proper customer feedback and service reports to the Service Manager
- Ensure proper site preparation, installation, commissioning, and documentation for higher-kVA UPS systems
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Diploma (Preferred)
