Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kerala, Vijaywada and Gauwahati.

The Service

Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radiology equipment at customer facilities, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Daily activities include performing routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, providing timely technical support, and documenting service activities and equipment status. The role involves field visits to healthcare sites, coordinating with internal teams and customer staff, and communicating clearly about service plans, timelines,



and follow-up actions.

The Service

Engineer will also assist in training users on equipment operation and safety, while adhering to company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for medical or industrial equipment.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Maintenance & Repair experience with radiology equipment's, imaging systems, printers, xray machines, etc.
- Candidates should possess effective Field Service capabilities, including on-site customer interaction and service reporting.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with healthcare staff and internal teams.
- Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read technical manuals, interpret schematics, and follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Comfort with frequent local travel within Recent Delhi and nearby regions for on-site service work.
- Relevant experience in servicing radiology or healthcare equipment is an advantage.
